On November 14th, the company organized a special meeting on safety production work for the fourth quarter. More than 20 people, including union chairman Guo Yantao, assistant manager Yang Jiahao, department heads, and all staff of the engineering department, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Engineering, Wang Yanjie.

       The meeting is divided into three agenda items. Firstly, Minister Wang summarized the company's safety production work in the third quarter and analyzed and judged the safety production situation in the fourth quarter. It is emphasized that the fourth quarter is a critical period for safety production, as extreme weather such as cooling, freezing rain and snow, cold waves and strong winds are prone to occur frequently. All staff should further strengthen their work measures, focus on key areas, key points, and weak links, and persistently ensure the safety production work in the fourth quarter. We must closely focus on the key points, strictly implement them, identify and fill in gaps, and make strong improvements. We must be cautious from beginning to end and focus on identifying and addressing safety hazards. We must strengthen early warning and prevention measures to further enhance our risk prevention capabilities. Ensure that safety hazards are completely eliminated.

       Secondly, the company's safety specialist Mu Guangyuan conveyed and studied the compilation document of 53 major accident hazard determination standards and key inspection items in various industry fields forwarded by the Xi'an Municipal Work Safety Committee Office.

     Based on the content of the meeting and the actual work, Manager Assistant Yang Jiahao summarized the recent safety production work, emphasizing that all staff must refer to the documents, improve the standardization of safety production "from point to area", comprehensively enhance the management of safety production standardization work, strengthen safety awareness, implement responsibilities, refine standards, focus on details, further strengthen the rectification of safety production standardization work, and include safety production standardization work in the work cycle and operating procedures. Efforts should be made to deepen, implement, and refine the standardization of safety production.

     Finally, the chairman of the labor union, Guo Yantao, made arrangements for safety production work in the fourth quarter and put forward the following two requirements: One is to elevate one's political stance. All staff must attach great importance to safety production work, carry out the work from beginning to end, deeply study and implement the spirit and related content of the notice on safety production, adhere to the coordinated development of safety, and promote the transformation of safety governance mode towards pre prevention. The second is the closed-loop investigation and management of safety hazards. Pay close attention to high-risk projects such as construction sites. Eliminate the mentality of complacency, constantly tighten the string of safety, and at the same time, review the work of safety production to identify and fill in gaps, solidly carry out the investigation of safety production hazards, and ensure that safety hazards are completely eliminated.
