They further sorted out the comparison and completion of the project with the expected goals. At the same time, specific requirements are put forward for the next step of work based on reality: firstly, strict control of safety processes and regular inspection of hidden dangers are necessary to ensure that all employees have solid safety awareness and response capabilities. Secondly, it is necessary to standardize the entire chain of material management, strictly inspect and register the materials on site, and ensure accurate matching between supply and demand; The third is to deepen dynamic cost control and establish a more detailed accounting system.
